Shipping
All orders will ship out from our studio within 3-5 business days.
For international shipping, some countries and regions may require you to pay additional Customs/Duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please monitor your tracking information to ensure you receive your package on time. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive your order, please reach out to your local carrier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Return & Replacement
At Divine Messenger LLC, we take pride in offering meaningful, thoughtfully crafted pieces. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before placing your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we are happy to offer a replacement or accept a return.
We do not offer returns or replacements for below situations that are NOT considered quality issues:
· Slight color variations due to monitor settings or lighting in photos
· Minor surface marks, natural textures, or variations in handmade or hand-finished items
· You changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the item
· The item does not fit your personal style, spiritual preferences, or aesthetic taste
· Sizing issues when size specifications were provided in the listing
· Packaging damage that does not affect the item itself
· Delays caused by postal carriers once the package is shipped
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Send your order number, clear photos of the item(s) and packaging, and a brief description of the issue to: 📩 sica@divine-messenger.com
We’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund in these cases.
Important Notes
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by us before sending any merchandise back. Unauthorized returns may be declined.
Replacement items cannot be returned. All replacements are considered final.
We are unable to accept any return or offer a replacement/refund for issues reported more than 3 days after delivery. Please inspect your order promptly.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
