The Eight Stages of Spiritual Awakening

Here are the 8 stages of awakening, a simple way to understand where you are on your spiritual path and how to move through each phase with more clarity.  For some soul tribe members, I’m not worried about you. Stay on your path, you’re ahead of where you think you are.

As for everyone else, whether you’re a lightworker, a seeker, or someone simply trying to understand your own path, awakening starts the moment you begin paying attention to what your soul has been trying to tell you.

And when you look at the world right now, you can feel the shift. Whenever gold prices rise, global debt expands, and countries begin pressing against each other economically, it usually reflects deeper pressure building in the system. It doesn’t mean physical conflict will happen, but history shows that major wars rarely appear suddenly, they tend to follow long periods of financial strain, unstable currencies, and shifting alliances.

That was true before World War I, and again before World War II. The cracks were there long before anyone realized how far they would spread.

But all of this is only the surface. The catalysts aren’t limited to economics. They show up through natural disasters, global events, environmental shifts, and collective emotional waves. On a deeper level, the collective is adjusting to a higher dimension of consciousness. These disruptions act as catalysts, breaking down old structures and belief systems so we can expand, evolve, and learn to operate from a higher state of awareness. 

Trust the process. 

1. Living Unconsciously

Life feels familiar, predictable. You move through your days without questioning much, but something inside you quietly knows there’s more.

2.Hearing the Call

Little signs, dreams, synchronicities, and intuitive nudges appear, guiding you toward a truth you haven’t named yet.

3.Shedding the Old Self

Old beliefs and identities start slipping away. You outgrow versions of yourself without trying, the soul is gently reminding you who you really are.

4. Facing the Shadow

You meet your shadows, wounds, and patterns. It’s uncomfortable, sometimes painful, but it strips away everything that isn’t authentic.

5.Letting Go

You stop forcing what doesn't flow. You release control piece by piece, and in that letting go, life starts opening in ways logic never could.

6.Aligning Within

Your insights settle into your body. Your boundaries change, your choices become clearer, and you move differently, softer, more intentional.

7.Rising Into Clarity

Your intuition sharpens. Your path aligns. You begin living from your soul instead of your survival patterns.

8.Becoming Your True Self

You return to yourself. Peace feels natural, purpose feels effortless, and you move with the quiet confidence of someone who finally remembers who they are.

Frequency of Healing

From Ancient Greece to Chinese healing traditions, music has always been seen as sacred medicine. Pythagoras taught that sound reflects the harmony of the cosmos, while the concept of Chinese “healing sounds” connected certain notes with different organs like the liver, lungs, and heart, bringing balance to the body’s Qi, the vital life energy.

In a spiritual sense, disease is disharmony, energy that has fallen out of tune. Music, as pure frequency, dissolves blockages, elevates vibration, and awakens the body’s natural power to heal.

Tests from the Divine

As the frequency of this planet continues to rise, all that is not aligned with the higher vibration will begin to collapse. Every thought you hold, every choice you make, and every action you take is a test from the Divine. Each second is a trial, like walking a tightrope, asking whether you are aligned with the highest good. Now is the time to move beyond the narrow confines of the old earth, to expand your imagination, elevate your creativity, and anchor spiritual abundance into tangible reality.

When I say everything is a test from the Divine, it does not mean the Divine is here to judge or punish you. The Divine will never condemn, for there is no light without shadow, no growth without contrast. Every test is simply a mirror, guiding you to stay aligned with your true self, to awaken and remember your soul's essence, and to rise beyond fear and negativity into higher consciousness.

Though it may feel as if the frequency is dramatically dropping, it is part of a greater cycle. It’s like a wave with peaks and valleys, without dipping into the low point, it cannot rise to the highest. Everything not aligned with the New Earth frequency must collapse before it can be rebuilt. We are living in the Dharma Ending Age, the split between the old Earth and the New Earth. This great shift in vibration creates chaos, but that chaos is the very catalyst for awakening, calling us to embody higher consciousness and attune to the frequency of the New Earth.

Beyond Duality

In Greek mythology, Medusa is often seen as a villain, a terrifying figure with snakes for hair and a gaze that turns people to stone. But some believe she was actually a victim, representing female rage and injustice. According to the myth, Medusa was once a beautiful priestess of Athena. Because of her beauty, she was raped by Poseidon inside Athena’s temple, instead of punishing him, Athena punished Medusa by transforming her into a monster.

It’s mentioned that the gods established a relatively stable order in the universe, where wickedness is punished and virtue is rewarded, even among themselves.

So here’s my question :
Considering that Athena is Zeus’s daughter and Poseidon’s niece, what do you think of her decision to punish Medusa? Did Medusa actually do anything wrong? Was she truly wicked? And how would you define justice ?

In tarot, Justice embodies divine truth, sacred balance, and the karmic return of all our actions. The double-edged sword in her right hand, carrying the energy of yang, cuts through illusion and deception, delivering truth with precision and enforcing cosmic law. In her left hand, the scale reflects yin, intuition, and the natural order of balance. Every action creates a ripple. What you send out, you receive. No one is above the law of the universe.

When the world is ruled by injustice and imbalance, it may be a sign that something is meant to be broken down, so that true Justice can rise again through spiritual evolution.

 The Journey of the Ancient Soul
